Weekly Meetings

We meet every Tuesday and Thursday night at the Little Five Points Community Center at 1083 Austin Avenue in Atlanta.  It's on the corner of Austin and Euclid Avenues, just south of Little Five Points  Here's a driving map or directions on getting here by MARTA (Atlanta's subway system).  Our red and yellow sign is visible on the top of the building just above the parking lot.

We typically start around 7 pm and finish about 9 pm.  In summer we are outside on the lawn.  In winter or when it's raining we are in our room on the third floor (the room nearest the back stairwell).  There is a shiny new elevator for our building just inside the entrance off the back parking lot.  Sometimes we use the larger meeting room downstairs on the first floor just off the parking lot when it's available.  Look and listen for people throwing or bouncing objects.

Meetings are free of charge and open to anyone.  There's usually someone around willing to teach you the basics.  Bring water because there are no drinking water fountains in the building.

After juggling meetings we go eat together at a local restaurant. Tuesdays we often go to the Wrecking Bar Brewpub and Thursdays we go to Savage Pizza.

Join our Yahoo group online for daily e-mail updates about our group activities.

Here are some archival pictures from our meetings.
